You’ve found possibility in its baby shoes! All pieces are made in the U.S., designed and hand-finished
by Astrid Mueller herself. Kindly allow about two weeks for the creation of your jewelry pieces.

CAN I REPLACE A LOST ITEM?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost items. However, if you have any quality issues, please contact us any time
(see return policy for details). We have a very generous replacement policy. Thank you for your understanding!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes. As a complimentary service, we ship each jewelry item in high quality jewelry boxes or pouches. If you plan
to send your order as a gift, we are happy to give it special attention as well as add a brief handwritten note,
as per your instructions. Just leave a special note in your order.

IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE?

All order information sent to PossibilityJewelry.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We currently ask only a flat fee of $5 for shipment within the U.S. Orders of $70 or more are shipped FOR FREE
through standard USPS postal mail. Enjoy!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Unless requested otherwise, we will ship with First Class Package International Service by the U.S. post office. The current international shipping rate is $16.75. Shipping times vary, depending on the country of destination. Please note that some countries may charge taxes or custom’s fees upon receipt of your order, for which we cannot take responsibility. If you wish to receive your order with a different shipping carrier or with priority shipping, just email us beforehand and we’ll be happy to honor your request, after receipt of payment of the additional shipping fee.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

We currently sell online only, but plan to offer our collection for sale in boutiques soon. If you are a boutique
